Presently working in ebiz CHEM Pvt. Ltd., promoters of www.ebizchem.com - a global e-services for the chemical industry - since May 2000, as a Senior Executive (Marketing). Joining services from the very inception of the company, I have been instrumental in promoting & marketing the concept across the industry for generating tremendous value for the portal. My involvement in the company affairs is in formulating policy decisions, forming alliances and other company matters (apart from marketing responsibilities), which carry immense value in any start-up dotcom venture.
Direct Responsibilities:
* Total marketing responsibilities of Maharashtra, which include managing the total marketing operations in Mumbai through a team of Executives.
* Direct responsibilities include managing large corporate accounts, like - BASF India Ltd., Monsanto India Ltd., Solutia Chemicals India Pvt Ltd., Pfizer Ltd., Hoechst-Marion-Roussel Ltd., Hindustan Lever Ltd. (Chemicals Division), Voltas Ltd. (Chemicals Division), Dabur India Ltd., Zandu Chemicals Ltd., and the like.
* Personally strategizing ways of intelligent marketing to bring in more counterparts for each product category to keep up the excitement in trading through the site, and, at the same time, continuously bring in more value keeping in pace with the market demand and expectations.
* Direct supervision of training of the user base for creating more activity in the site. This includes, apart from outsourcing, direct training of the user base of large corporate.
* Formulating and devising new ways of revenue generation for sustenance.
